 How does our system work?

There are two ways to get your job on the to do list:

1.  First we can be called at the number below, give us the details and nature of the small job, give us the deadline date and the job is already set in motion by the time you hang up.

2. The second way to get the small job done quickly is by going to our small jobs web site. You will see a table of small jobs listed by room (kitchen, rooms, bathroom, basement, outside stuff, and even some big jobs)

Look at the estimated cost for labor in the box next to the small job of interest.

B. Once you have chosen and agree to the estimated cost of the small job, leave a note to be E-mailed directly to ‘small jobs’

C. Go to the ‘Leave us a note’ box. Fill in the details and instructions. Remember,  all we can go by is your description of the necessary repairs needed, many times they end up being very different from the original description. The small job details are important. Be as specific as possible. 

D. We need a deadline date, tenant phone numbers, your phone number, property address, your mailing address, your e-mail address, when and where we can get a house key if necessary, and your preferred payment plan. (Credit card, cash, billing sent). We must receive payment within 15 days if the billing method is chosen.

E. Some jobs may present unexpected difficulties once we arrive on the job site. An additional cost may be required. We will attempt to contact the decision maker before preceding. You may give us a pre option to go ahead without making contact. A pre determined amount can be set in the ‘Leave us a note’ box. If we cannot contact a decision maker then the job will have to be delayed until contact is made.

F. There will be a $10.00 processing fee added to your final bill. There will be no other fees hidde or otherwise.
